Methane anyone?

Kudos to Gayle for making my next post an easy one. As she so aptly pointed out, many many tons of methane (a greenhouse gas) are being produced by PLANTS. Yes, the plants are produced much of the worlds methane gas.

As reported by the BBC.

The paper estimates that this unexplained phenomenon could account for 10-30% of the world's methane emissions.

So much for human contributions
